Heavy debris removal, bin rental, hazardous materials, mold, biohazards, exterior pressure washing, high-reach exterior windows, and post-construction duct cleaning are not included unless specifically quoted.

Paint, silicone, grout haze, cement residue, glue, adhesive, and sticker removal are assessed by surface type and may require additional time or a specialty service.

Newly installed surfaces must be fully cured and safe to clean before service.

The construction team should complete major trade work before the final-clean appointment whenever possible.

Electricity, water, safe access, and a reasonably secure work environment must be available.
